You shall not attempt to convert, trade, sell, or exchange fictional currency, virtual content, or items obtained from LuckyRust for any real-world currency, goods, or services. Any such attempts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination. LuckyRust does not support, endorse, or facilitate any form of gambling with real-world currency or items on the platform. All activities within LuckyRust are simulated and intended for recreational purposes only. While certain activities on LuckyRust may involve chance or random outcomes, the results have no bearing on real-world monetary gains or losses. These activities are akin to arcade-style games, and any semblance to gambling is entirely fictional and divorced from actual monetary stakes.

LuckyRust provides an entertainment service based on fandom and offers virtual content, items, and currency revolving around the game Rust. By participating in the games, you explicitly acknowledge that these games are for entertainment purposes only and do not involve any opportunity to win real-world money or items. You agree to abide by all the rules and conditions specified for each game offered on LuckyRust. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, including but not limited to account suspension or termination.

Deposits and withdrawals of fictional currencies and items are subject to the availability of the Service. LuckyRust shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions, or unavailability of these features. You acknowledge and agree that LuckyRust shall not be responsible for any missing deposits or withdrawals resulting from technical issues, system malfunctions, user error, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

In the rare instance that you experience any issues pertaining to missing items, you are expected to contact our support team on Discord within 72 hours of the incident and must include proper evidence including uncut video proof of when the incident occurred. If these specifications are not met, our support team will not be able to assist you. Once an item is placed in a bet for the first time, all item refunds possibilities are voided. Please note that even as such, our support team may not be able to fully assist you and we are not responsible for any on-site or in-game losses pertaining to the site.

luckyrust.gg reserves the right to blacklist or suspend user accounts that violate the site’s rules, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to manipulate the system through fraudulent means. Such actions may be taken at the sole discretion of luckyrust.gg, and no prior warning will be given. Our moderators have the authority to take necessary actions, including but not limited to issuing warnings, suspending accounts, or permanently banning users, to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for all users.

Engaging in cheating, hacking, or any form of dishonest behavior on luckyrust.gg will result in immediate termination of your Account and may be reported to relevant authorities if necessary.

luckyrust.gg shall not be liable for any disruptions, delays, or failures in performance resulting from unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to system failures. In the event of force majeure, luckyrust.gg will make reasonable efforts to resume the Service as soon as practicable.

luckyrust.gg reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Account termination may occur if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, attempt to manipulate the platform through fraudulent means, or breach any of the specified rules and conditions. Please note that luckyrust.gg is not responsible for any bans including but not limited to account termination/bans or any in-game suspensions or limitations. In the event of Account termination due to a breach of these Terms, you shall forfeit any rights or claims to virtual content, items, or currency on the platform.

In the event of a bot account receiving a ban, please be aware that the site will undergo a comprehensive removal of all items pertaining to the affected game type. We must also inform you that in such instances, we are unable to offer refunds. This policy is a necessary measure to ensure the integrity and fairness of our gaming community.

All virtual content, items, and assets provided by luckyrust.gg are the property of luckyrust.gg or their respective owners and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any virtual content, items, or assets from luckyrust.gg without explicit permission.

luckyrust.gg may experience downtime or technical issues occasionally, including maintenance periods or system upgrades. luckyrust.gg shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from these disruptions.
